Each exhibitor is provided with the following:
– Location in the main exhibition hall space
– Display shell 2500 x 1500mm, with signage with company name, lighting, 2 power points, table and seating
– Your Company logo and profile included in the event brochure
– Complimentary admission for your event team
– Complimentary admission for a select number of your VIP guests
– Admission to the Speaker series (TBC)
– Complimentary admission for your events team to the exclusives nighttime networking event in Mullingar Town Centre
– Complimentary tea and coffee during the exhibition
All payments are processed through PayPal, please contact Mullingar Chamber of Commerce at email@example.com or use the contact form below if you wish to make alternative payment arrangements. To avail of the early bird discount, exhibition space must be fully paid by Friday 16th March 2018.
Need an invoice before payment?
You can request an invoice by going through the booking process and choosing ‘Register Now and Receive an Invoice’. You will receive an email summary while we process your request followed by an invoice once the request has been processed by our team.

• In order to avail of the early bird your space must be confirmed with full pre-payment by Friday 16th March 2018
• No cancellation will be accepted after 4 weeks prior to the date of Conference. Cancellation fee of 50% becomes payable in such instance
• Exhibitor pack will be issued prior to the event with all event details
• Please note that the event management reserve the right to modify the exhibition layout
